It’s been a wonderful and slightly bonkers couple of months preparing for tree-planting season and cranking along with the thesis and Wild and Good stuff so I’m super duper excited to be taking a trip to Italy. I’m packing a fab vintage poncho from The Preservation Society, my beloved and battered copy of The Shipping News, crayons and paper, chia seeds, the amazingly scented Buddha Nose balm and my essential stones: pounamu and citrine as well as some other bits and pieces. All that’s left is to brush up on my bar Italian – I’m assuming that’s all I’ll need? – and scope out some hidden coves for camping and fishing. Arrivederci!
